Ilha do Mel
You’ll fall in love with Ilha do Mel, which boasts 25 kilometers of beaches, many of which are great for surfing. There are no streets or roads on the island, only trails, but the infrastructure is good. The main attraction is the Farol das Conchas lighthouse, which offers a spectacular panoramic view.
Pickup is at hotels in downtown Curitiba. The trip to Pontal do Sul passes through the Atlantic Forest and takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. From there, the boat ride to the island takes 45 minutes. Return to Curitiba at the end of the day.
What's Included
Full-day tour, including transportation, guidance by an accredited Paraná Regional Tour Guide, boat ride, meals, and insurance. Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pickup is available at hotels in the downtown area.
Notes
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. From November through March, we recommend sunscreen and insect repellent.
Transportation will be provided by a passenger car, van, minibus, or bus, depending on the number of participants on the selected date.
