How do I book a tour?

Via WhatsApp at (41) 99604-2000, by phone at (41) 3365-2000, or using the contact form above. Please let us know the tour, your desired date, and the number of people, and we’ll get back to you with availability and prices.

What payment methods does Ivetur accept?

Please check the terms and conditions when making your reservation: we accept all major payment methods, including Pix and credit cards. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the tour or package.

Where do the tours depart from?

On most tours, we pick you up at hotels in downtown Curitiba before departure. If you're staying outside the downtown area, please contact Ivetur for meeting locations.

What kind of vehicle is used for the tours?

Transportation is provided by passenger car, van, minibus, or bus, depending on the number of participants on the selected date. Comfort and safety are guaranteed regardless of the type of vehicle.

Are the tours guided?

Yes. All tours include a certified Paraná Regional Tour Guide. Ivetur is led by tour guides who are registered both nationally and internationally.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes. Most tours can be customized for families, groups, and companies. Check prices on WhatsApp.

What should I bring on the tours?

Always wear comfortable shoes. From November through March, bring sunscreen and insect repellent (especially for the coast). A photo ID is required for boarding.

How does cancellation work?

The cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our Cancellation Policy and are provided before the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
